From our tanks to your door
A careful handoff—not ordinary merchandise.
This is the operating standard we are building around every live-fish order. We will add real facility and pack-out photographs as each stage is validated in operation.
The process
Six checkpoints before a fish reaches its new home
Raised and observed
Fish are monitored through development, feeding, behavior, and growth. A batch is not listed for sale merely because it exists.
Listing promise assigned
Each product is labeled Exact Fish, Group-Selected, or a non-livestock product so the customer knows what the photographs promise.
Order and conditions reviewed
We review the fish’s readiness, destination, weather, route, service, and any compatibility concerns before confirming release.
Prepared for travel
Feeding and packing timing are managed for safer travel. Packaging is selected for species, fish size, season, and destination.
Oxygen-packed and insulated
Fish use secure primary bags, double-bagging, appropriate water and oxygen, absorbent material, cushioning, insulation, and temperature support when needed.
Tracked through arrival
The customer receives coordination and tracking, brings the package indoors promptly, documents concerns before opening, and follows the included acclimation guidance.
Real-process proof
Photographs from the actual Freshwater Freaks operation
These are operational photographs—not generated facility scenes and not supplier stock photography.
Real packing photographs will be added before live shipping begins.
We are leaving this section transparent until our materials, carrier workflow, and real pack-outs are ready to document. Nothing here will pretend to be our facility before it is.
Prepare for a live-fish delivery
Review scheduling, weather holds, packaging, arrival steps, and live-arrival eligibility before ordering.
